My Red Cross Help:
Accessing Your Online Training

1. Open your email from the Canadian Red Cross: “Action Required: Register for your new Red Cross account”. Read the email thoroughly and click the invitation link.

2. Create a My Red Cross account or login if you already have an account.

3. Complete your profile by filling in all required information.

4. Click the ‘My Profile’ menu and select ‘My Online Courses’.

5. Choose to take your course in either French or English by clicking the appropriate ‘Activate’ button.

6. Click ‘Enter Course’ to begin your online training.

7. Begin your online training and complete prior to your scheduled in-class session.
