What is Blended Learning?
Half online and half in-person. Students will complete a set of self-paced online training modules before attending an in-person practical skills session. The online modules must be completed in order to attend the in-person practical skills session.

Knowledge & Skill Objectives
Participants must complete all skill and knowledge requirements for the successful completion of the course. 100% attendance and a minimum 75% passing grade on the final exam are required for successful completion and certification.
Recertification
Participants may recertify once before taking the full course again. Participants with expired certifications are not eligible to recertify. No exceptions.
Workplace Requirements Met
Fulfills all WSIB Regulation 1101 requirements.
