Red Cross Babysitter’s Course (Online)

Basic first aid and caregiving skills for youth. Participants learn how to provide care to younger children in various age groups, and how to prevent and respond to emergencies. The course also offers youth the training to promote themselves as a babysitter to prospective parents. Click for more information.

  • Every Saturday and Sunday

  • PD Days (Ontario)

  • March Break

  • Weekdays (Summer only)

Knowledge and Skill Objectives

Participants must complete all skill and knowledge requirements for the successful completion of the course. 100% attendance and a minimum 75% passing grade on the final exam are required for successful completion and certification.
