About the Course
Courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen. All include training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Courses offer training suitable for workplace or general interest. Includes the latest CPR guidelines. In order to participate in a recertification course, candidates must hold a current, non-expired, Red Cross CPR/AED (or equivalent) certification. Expired certificates cannot be re-certified.
Level A (Adult, private courses only) 9:30am - 2:30pm
Level C (Adult, child, baby) 9:30am - 3:30pm
Level HCP (Health Care Provider) 9:30am - 4:30pm

- Personal support workers
- Pharmacists, etc.
Knowledge and Skill Objectives
Participants must complete all skill and knowledge requirements for successful completion of the course. 100% attendance and minimum 75% passing grade on final exam required for successful completion and certification.
